30-DAY RETURN POLICY: At MOTO-D Racing, returns should be simple and hassle-free. Most items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. To get started, simply request a Return Authorization (RA) number. We’ll help make the process as quick and easy as possible.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Customized, sale, discount or closeout items.
- Components or gear removed from sealed packaging, installed or returned with tags removed.
- Tires.
- Items that have been used or installed.
- Products that have been installed, “taken for a test ride” or removed from vacuum-sealed packaging, unless defective and eligible for warranty coverage.
> All returnable items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY: Pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled after 72 hours and before thirty (30) days. Please do NOT pre-order an item not in stock that you are not able to patiently wait for especially since they come from Italy, U.K. Greece and other parts of the World. All pre-order items cancelled after thirty (30) days but before shipping and within sixty (60) days of purchase are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
> Cancelled pre-ordered items not shipped after ninety (90) days are eligible for a full refund.
WARRANTY: Most products sold by MOTO-D Racing include a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty terms and coverage vary by brand and product. For details about a specific item, please contact the manufacturer directly or reach out to MOTO-D Racing for assistance.
- Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policies and approval.
- Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, crash damage or customer negligence.
- Most warranty claims are handled directly by the product’s manufacturer. In many cases, the item must be returned to the manufacturer—not MOTO-D Racing—for inspection.
- If a warranty claim is submitted more than 30 days after delivery, shipping costs associated with the claim are the customer’s responsibility.
EXCHANGE / STORE CREDIT: A store credit will be issued to your account, simply login to re-order any item you wish. *Please make sure to carefully review the item and your shipping address.
PROCESSING TIME: Once your item is received and inspected, usually within five days of receipt, your store credit will be issued or your refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your credit-card company, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Products returned in used condition or without their original packaging will not be eligible for return or refund.
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning your order to our Connecticut distribution facility. Returns, exchanges or store credits for items that originally shipped free will be subject to a minimum $10 charge, or $20 for larger items weighing more than one pound. MOTO-D Racing is not responsible for lost packages.
